Terms & Conditions

General Information

MatSu Heli Training operates as the helicopter flight instruction division of Pollux Aviation Ltd., based at Wolf Lake Airport, Alaska. We provide helicopter flight training, introductory flights, and related educational services under FAA Part 61 guidelines.

Eligibility for Training

Students must meet the following requirements to participate in flight training:

  • Be at least 16 years old to begin flight lessons (17 to obtain a Private Pilot Certificate).

  • Be able to communicate in English.

  • Obtain a valid FAA Medical Certificate before solo flight.

  • Provide valid government-issued identification and proof of U.S. citizenship (or TSA clearance for non-U.S. citizens).

Refunds

  • Refunds for unused flight or ground time will be issued at our discretion. Prepaid training funds are refundable for any unused balance, minus any outstanding fees or expenses incurred.

Safety & Conduct

Safety is our highest priority. All students and passengers must follow instructor direction and company safety policies at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue training or refuse service to anyone who:

  • Fails to follow instructions or safety procedures,

  • Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or

  • Engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

All content on this website—including text, images, videos, and logos—is the property of MatSu Heli Training and Pollux Aviation Ltd. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.


You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or activity that interferes with its operation.
